Venus Hum is an electronic pop music group from Nashville, Tennessee, consisting of vocalist Annette Strean and multi-instrumentalists Kip Kubin and Tony Miracle. Tony Miracle has a rare heart condition which results in him perpetually hearing his own heartbeat in his ears. This condition is known as a “venous hum”, from which the group derived their name.

Tim tams, maids and automobiles.
I could possibly be the luckiest person in the sense that I can find a job without even looking o_O
I got a job offer, without inquiry, which makes me feel good. Really good, someone asked ME if I would work for THEM. Given, it's a cleaning job, but it's excellent money. It's pretty much just one day a week of cleaning units, sort of a holiday apartment thing really. Now I can't seem to get this unrealistic picture of myself wearing a pink maids outfit out of my head, really scary D:
On another note, my mother has somehow managed to win 2 boxes of Tim Tams. That's 24 packets to a box. That's 48 packets of Tim Tams. I know, I can count right?
Anyway the more surprising thing is.. THAT'S ONLY HALF OF THE PRIZE. Arnotts will be sensing us ANOTHER 2 boxes worth of Tim tams early next year, something to do with avoiding expiry dates xD
Oh, and she won a car too. I tried to convince her to give it to me, but no dice. Not only do I not have my drivers license, I pretty much don't intend to get it for a while. It's okay though, they're trading it in to get Dad a new car. And god he needs one.
